Improve your sleep with this. (Scheduled sleep)

How important is scheduled sleep?

Hello everybody. We humans need sleep to function better, we humans need sleep to heal yourself, we humans need sleep to get rid of stress. But the question is, are we following a correct sleeping pattern?
The true answer is most likely to be no. Most of us (nearly 1/3 red of the world population) is now facing sleeping disorder. What doctors suggest is to have 7-8 hours of sleep every 24 hours. Which is a total of 8 hours for a day? It doesn’t mean that You have to sleep that 8 hours at ones. A healthier habit is to have a shuttled sleep of 4 hours every half a day.
Doing this will eventually improve the quality and standard of your sleep. Hence improve the quality of your life.
Let us make you a schedule for sleep. Wake up at 4 am start your day with a glass of raisins socked water and 5 socked raisins(by the way, if you haven't read the article about the benefits of raisins, here you go Raisins). Have breakfast at 9 AM, have lunch at 1 PM. Take sleep in 3 hours but not immodestly after a meal, take time walking or sitting.  
Now you can easily push your limits till 10 PM. Go to bed at 10.30 or 11 PM.

                                      

Note: I know this schedule will not suit most of today's working population. Following this schedule (if possible) it will bring in more productive, efficient, and creative in your work.
