In view of the pandemic, people all around the globe became aware of their health. Not only the food we eat is important nut also the water that we drink plays a major role in our physical and mental health. The World Health Organisation recommends drinking 2 liters a day and most importantly the water should not be contaminated. It is estimated that 485000 people die every year because of drinking unclean water. Getting all those vital minerals in the water is the most important part of our diet. But the sad reality of today seems horrible, 485 million people lack access to a clean drinking water system. If you have a clean drinking water facility you are blissed and make use of it well. There are several tips that are given to people by doctors to get complete benefits from the water we use, they are
1) Don't pour water directly to the throat.
2) Keeping the for few seconds in the mouth before swallowing is recommended.
3) Sip drinking of water is recommended.
4) Have water every morning in an empty stomach.
5) Drinking hot water can even control the cholesterol levels in the body.
6) Regular hydration regulates body temperature.
Everything has its own limits right!. Drinking too much water in a short period of time will cause some serious issues. The maximum safe limit for drinking water is below 4 liters per day.
I personally took the challenge of drinking 3 liters for a week now and I have noticed some effective improvement in my skin health and my body temperature was steady and low even in the hottest days of the year. So, I suggest all of you friend take at least a week of "3-liter challenge" and enjoy the benefits.
