How to build a habit

Human Beings are capable of changing the world. Their potential is just limitless. But most of the people today are wasting their potential just because they did not train their minds and did not have a healthier mindset. Building a healthy mindset is neither so easy nor very difficult, That depends upon the person's present state of mind. People are drawing an imaginary circle around them and limiting their capabilities. An average person can even lift a car with his strength, But with an ordinary mindset, he/she can't. The first thing you want to do is that you want to identify a habit that makes you worst or a new habit that will make you better. "Will will make you win the hell in your life", Drag yourself to the habits and routines that you wish to follow. And try to get that hell out of the bad or waste habit you are having. Doing this for a while will make yourself comfortable with that habit. This particular habit will get your potential unlocked. Your wish to unlock potential should be precise. Think and decide where you want to improve your self. This decision may be about your physical health or about a skill or about your spiritual health. The decision should be taken from your inner self and not by any external pressure. And the main point here is that only one habit or decision can be taken at a time. Because your brain produces only a certain level of dopamine, this is the chemical that gives you a feeling of satisfaction and pleasure. If this level drops, you will face problems like stress, anxiety, loss of mental stability, and even more. But it is not the point here, this lower level of dopamine will stop you from following that habit.


#1 Select a good habit or target a bad habit. 

#2 Create a habit tracking tool. ( maybe a notebook or an app)

#3 Keep track of that habit for a week. (if you are killing a bad habit)

See the frequency of that habit and the pleasure that you are getting from that habit. Don't forget to think about the ill effects of that habit.

#4 Stop that habit for a month and see if you can do it.

#5 If you can't stop, repeat this again and again.

This habit selection and development are much important in your life. The habit will guide you throughout your life. The sooner you build a good habit your life improves. The sooner you get rid of a bad habit your problems will disappear eventually. Your teenage and 20s are the perfect time for all these habit adjustments in your life. Don't lose it because of your carelessness.
